Send a Digital Impression

We accept digital impression files from most major intraoral scanners. Follow your specific scanner instructions to add our lab to your scanner. Then select Selser Dental Lab when sending your digital impression files.

3Shape TRIOS®

  • Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser.
  • Connect with Selser Dental Lab as lab by searching digtial@selserdental.com
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select Selser Dental Lab when sending files.

3M™ True Definition Scanner

  • Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249, and select option 3.
  • Select option 1 and request Selser Dental Lab be added to your scanner.
  • 3M™ will then confirm with Selser Dental Lab and add connection remotely.

Carestream

  • Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner.
  • Search for Selser Dental Lab.
  • Add Selser Dental Lab.
  • Select Selser Dental Lab when submitting files.
  • Email Selser Dental Lab at digtial@selserdental.com

Align Technology iTero™

  • Call 800-577-8767.
  • Select Option 1.
  • Request that Selser Dental Lab is added to your scanner, and identify our lab using our phone number: 504-392-1511.
  • After Selser Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner.
  • After connecting to us as a lab, select Selser Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files.

Planmeca Emerald™

  • Select Find a Lab option on your scanner.
  • Search for Selser Dental Lab or (digtial@selserdental.com).
  • Add Selser Dental Lab.
  • Select Selser Dental Lab when submitting scans.

Sirona’s CEREC

  • Create Account or Log In to your CEREC account.
  • Select “MY CEREC CONNECT.”
  • Type “Selser Dental Lab” in the box for Company Name.
  • Click FIND.
  • Check the box to the bottom left for “Selser Dental Lab”.
  • Click ADD to complete the registration.
